Working at a makeup store for a year made me more aware of how marketing targets women, often using tactics that encourage consumption by highlighting perceived flaws in their appearance. Witnessing this firsthand left me feeling deeply disappointed. In response, I created a motion graphic animation that highlights and celebrates the natural parts of our bodies that are often portrayed as imperfections in advertising.
